Privacy Policy
This describes what DeindexAlert collects, why, and how you can control it. We collect as little as we can get away with — this is a small, focused tool, not an ad business.
Your email address (to log you in via magic link and send alerts), the URLs you choose to monitor, the history of checks we run against them, and basic request logs (IP address, timestamps) that Cloudflare, our hosting provider, keeps briefly for security and abuse prevention. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't buy or sell personal data.
We set exactly one cookie: a session cookie (httpOnly, secure) that keeps you logged in. It's strictly necessary for the service to work and isn't used for tracking or advertising, so we don't show a cookie consent banner for it.
We use Resend to send login and alert emails, and Cloudflare to host the app and store data (D1 database, Workers). Both act as data processors on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments — we don't share data with anyone beyond what's needed to run the service. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your card details.
For as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (email us and we'll do it manually until self-serve deletion ships), we delete your monitored URLs, check history, and personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep transaction records for legal/tax reasons.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it, by emailing info@deindexalert.com. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, these are your rights under GDPR/UK GDPR; we'll respond within 30 days.
DeindexAlert is a B2B/developer tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes materially, we'll email registered users and update the date at the top of this page.
